Dental Staff

Dr. Andy Setaputri received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Philosophy/Ethics from the University of Detroit Mercy. He then completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Dr. Andy’s desire to provide the best quality care for his patients motivated him to pursue a post-doctorate program and earned his Certificate of Advanced Education in General Dentistry from St. John’s Providence Hospital and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry.

Dr. Andy is committed to being involved and devoted to staying up to date with the latest dental technologies and techniques through continuing education courses. He is well-trained in providing quality dental care in all aspects of dentistry, ranging from cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, and oral surgery to crown and bridge work. As part of his continuing education he is an active member of the following associations: 

-American Dental Association

-Michigan Dental Association

-West Michigan District Dental Society

-Academy of General Dentistry

After practicing in Grand Rapids and the Lakeview areas he is excited to join the Cedar Springs Family. On a personal note, he lives in Rockford with his wife, Ashley, and his two golden retrievers, Charlie and Brimley. He also enjoys going on walks and trips, playing soccer and tennis, playing drums, working out, and spending time with friends and family. 

Dr. Andy is conscious and passionate about reaching out to those in need. He volunteers his time providing much needed dental care to people, both locally and overseas.
